End User Licence Agreement

This agreement is between you and UHOH Games for Fishing With Friends ("the game"). By installing or playing the game you agree to it. It works alongside the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game for your own non-commercial use through your Steam account. The game is licensed, not sold; we keep all rights not given to you here.
What you may not do
- Copy, sell, rent or distribute the game, except as Steam allows;
- reverse engineer, decompile or modify the game, except where the law allows it;
- use cheats, bots, exploits or modified clients, or interfere with other players' games or our servers;
- harass or abuse other players.
We may block access to online play for anyone who breaks these rules.
Online features
Multiplayer runs through Steam and player-hosted worlds. Online features may change or end over time.
Privacy
How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Warranty and liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't guarantee it will be free of bugs or always available, and we aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
Ending this agreement
This agreement lasts until you or we end it. It ends automatically if you break it. You can end it by uninstalling the game.
Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting the consumer protections of the country you live in.
